Included on CIArb, RICS, RIBA, ICE, CIC, AICA, CC, CPA and Highways Agency Lists of Adjudicators. Appointments received from various ANB's and by agreement of the parties. Typical disputes include non-payment issues, valuation, final accounts, defects, determination, extensions of time and loss and/or expense. Values in dispute ranging from £1,000 to £20 million.
