Included on the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators Panel of Arbitrators (1996).

Included on the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors Panel of Construction Arbitrators (2000).

Included on the Chartered Institute of Building Panel of Arbitrators (2001).

Appointed on numerous occasions over the past 15 years, the majority of appointments being under 1996 Act. Appointed by CIArb, RICS, CIOB, Law Society, ICC, LCIA and party agreement.

Matters referred include: leases, dilapidations, measurement, valuation, extension of time, loss/expense, determination, defects, rectification of contract and surveyors negligence.

Values in dispute ranging from £500 to £20 million.

Arbitrations conducted under CIARB, ICE, JCT, CIMAR, ICC and LCIA Rules.

A number of appointments have also been undertaken under various scheme arbitrations.
