Expert Reports

Provision of expert reports and evidence in construction disputes.

First appointed as Expert on Quantum 1995. Subsequently
appointed on numerous occasions to provide opinion and advice
on a wide range of matters relating mainly to issues of quantum
and defects.

RICS Registered Expert.  Member of Expert Witness Institute
and Society of Expert Witnesses.

Experience of receiving instructions from solicitors, or clients; giving initial expert opinion; carrying out investigations; preparing reports; attending conferences with counsel and attending meetings of experts, as well as giving evidence both in Court and Arbitration hearings.
