CEDR Accredited Mediator, CEDR Solve Mediator, CIARB Panel Mediator, included on RICS List of Mediators, TeCSA Mediator, Member of Association of Midland Mediators, Talk Mediation, Specialist Mediators and Civil Mediation Council.

Appointed as Mediator on over 100 occasions in various sectors including Property, Construction, Engineering, PFI, IT, Employment and Finance. Property mediations have included leases, dilapidations, service charges, boundary disputes and negligence matters. Construction mediations have included such matters as valuation of work, extensions of time, loss/expense, defective design, consultancy agreements and professional negligence. IT Mediations have related primarily to installation of hardware whilst Finance mediations have related to lease arrangements. Also acted as mediator in employment, partnership and business disputes.

Values in dispute ranging from £1,000 to £25 million.
