Chartered Quantity Surveyor and Chartered Arbitrator with 35 years experience on building and civil engineering projects. Initial experience in private practice, industry and local authority. Subsequently employed by medium sized contractor involved primarily in civil engineering projects and design/build industrial /commercial developments. Consultancy experience since mid 1996. Sole Principal since mid 2001.
Good working knowledge of all major methods of measurement, forms of main and sub-contract.
Experienced Arbitrator, Adjudicator, Expert Witness, Mediator and Lay Advocate.

- Public buildings including schools, universities, libraries and hospitals.
- Hotel and leisure developments, sports complexes, restaurants and historic buildings.
- Housing.
- Industrial, commercial, food processing and retail developments.
- Security installations and M&E Installations.
- Roads, bridges, viaducts, sewers, water mains, treatment works, reservoirs, piling, concrete repairs, land reclamation and landscaping.
- Sea defence work.
- Opencast mining.
